At Princess Highway, we want you to love your vintage-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all swing tags remain attached and the items are free from makeup or fragrance.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
